IMMIGRATION LAW
Attorney Robert A. Holubec leads the immigration law section. Although immigration law includes aspects of civil and criminal law, it is vastly different. Immigration law is much more than the sum of its parts. Immigration Law is a complex area of law; having rules and regulations that change without prior warning. We focus our efforts on representing clients wishing to: adjust legal status through family member applications, apply for asylum, obtain work permits, citizenship, background checks and file waivers where appropriate. We devote our time to our client's needs.

HOLUBEC and LOY, LLC has two wonderful Spanish Speaking legal assistants; Octavio Pacheco and Cristina Silva. Both are part time college students seeking bachelor degrees. Octavio and Cristina are tremendous assets to our law firm; working with our clients, translating documents from Spanish to English, and interpreting from Spanish to English and English to Spanish.
CRIMINAL LAW
Attorney Susan M. Loy leads the criminal law section representing clients having misdemeanor criminal charges against them. We have more than 40 years of experience in this area of law. Our firm represents clients having charges such as DUI, Possession, Domestic Violence, Assault, Battery, Probation violations and needing warrants withdrawn. We can also help with applying for diversion if the situation applies. Other criminal matters are taken on a case-by-case basis. Ms. Loy primarily represents clients in Sedgwick County District Court, the City of Wichita, The City of Derby, and other city courts within 15 miles of Wichita.
TRAFFIC CASES
Attorney Susan M. Loy also leads our traffic law section. We take traffic related violations very seriously, since many times simple traffic violations can lead to administrative suspensions and/or having driver's licenses revoked for three years. In today's legal environments traffic violations may result in deportation charges being brought. Let us help you in these matters.
